We definitely respect all opinions and I will personally always try to understand why people have a negative experience. The problem was just that a lot of responses were given that weren't very constructive. Due to your absence no discussion was started and the thread was not very valuable. I would greatly advice you to create a support ticket here: https://myrouteapp.com/support We will definitely try to aid you where possible! I will lock this thread as I don't think this is now the place to continue public discussion. I won't remove the topic to ensure your opinion is still accessible. How are these requests handled? Do we get a reply or feedback by the product developers? BTW: I am the "former user", I needed to make some changes to my profile which required a new account as the change was not possible.

@Mirella-den-Hollander As you can see, the Here map has set the closure only from south to north. If the tunnel is also closed from north to south, that information is missing in the Here map. MRA can't do anything about it. The information comes directly from the map provider. As you can see in my example, MRA calculates the route correctly when driving from south to north. @Rob-de-Weijze Thanks for pointing this out! With only 2 waypoints you are practically driving an A-B route. It would be better to generate this within the app. There is a difference between the route as created in the website and the route shown in the app due to 2 factors: Traffic (this cannot be turned off yet, see Navigation Preferences in app), when turned off (in future update), it might be the same Why did I say might above? The app uses a newer version of HERE compared to the website. This will be aligned before the definitive release in 2023. Thanks!

Ook ik zou in de navigatie app een andere kaart hebben. De OSM kaart zou voor mij heel goed zijn. Zowel voor het wandelen als voor de motor. De OSM kaart is veel meer gedetailleerd.
